Data Deletion Instructions

What you can request

You can request that Devi Property Bali delete:

• Your Threads access token and the connected-account record we store on your behalf.
• Posts we created on your behalf (metadata: post ID, URL, timestamp). Note that the posts themselves on threads.net are owned by your Threads account and can be deleted by you directly.
• Inquiry data (name, phone, email) you previously submitted to us via WhatsApp or our forms.

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +62 819-9908-0334.
2. Include the email address, Threads username, or phone number associated with your data so we can identify the right records.
3. State clearly: \"I request deletion of my data under the Privacy Policy.\"

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by Indonesian law (in which case we will tell you what we are keeping and why).

Revoking Threads access directly

You can also revoke our app's access to your Threads account at any time, without contacting us:

1. Open threads.net/settings/account on a device where you are signed in.
2. Go to Privacy → Apps and websites.
3. Find Devi Property Bali in the list and tap Remove.

Revoking access prevents us from posting on your account in the future, but does not by itself remove records we have already stored. To also delete the stored records, follow the WhatsApp request flow above.

Apa yang Dapat Anda Minta

Anda dapat meminta Devi Property Bali untuk menghapus:

• Access token Threads Anda dan record akun terhubung yang kami simpan atas nama Anda.
• Posting yang kami buat atas nama Anda (metadata: post ID, URL, waktu). Posting di threads.net itu sendiri adalah milik akun Threads Anda dan dapat Anda hapus langsung.
• Data inquiry (nama, telepon, email) yang sebelumnya Anda kirim ke kami via WhatsApp atau formulir.

Cara Meminta Penghapusan

1. Kirim pesan WhatsApp ke +62 819-9908-0334.
2. Sertakan email, username Threads, atau nomor telepon yang terkait dengan data Anda agar kami dapat mengidentifikasi record yang tepat.
3. Tulis jelas: \"Saya meminta penghapusan data saya sesuai Kebijakan Privasi.\"

Kami akan mengonfirmasi penerimaan dalam 3 hari kerja dan menyelesaikan penghapusan dalam 30 hari, kecuali bila kami diwajibkan oleh hukum Indonesia untuk menyimpan record tertentu (dalam hal demikian kami akan memberi tahu apa yang kami simpan dan alasannya).

Mencabut Akses Threads Secara Langsung

Anda juga dapat mencabut akses aplikasi kami ke akun Threads Anda kapan saja, tanpa menghubungi kami:

1. Buka threads.net/settings/account dari perangkat yang sudah login.
2. Buka Privacy → Apps and websites.
3. Cari Devi Property Bali di daftar dan ketuk Remove.

Pencabutan akses mencegah kami mempublikasikan posting ke akun Anda di masa depan, tetapi tidak menghapus record yang sudah kami simpan. Untuk juga menghapus record tersebut, ikuti alur permintaan via WhatsApp di atas.
